Dynomaster  built another great quality product - Olympic Weightlifting Bar. We are not only one time told by our customers that they are so hard to find a top quality bar manufacturer in China. Customers keep complaining that most of bar in China is with so poor quality, and only one or two biggest company selling very top quality bar but with expensive price. Our customers enjoy the quality of our Compe-tition Bumper Plates and they strongly recommend that we should set up a new factory to produce premium quality bar. Now this sugge-stion come true, Dynomaster’s new factory of Olympic Weightlifting Bar was set up on January 2014. We spent 12 months to carefully test steel tensile strength, Yield Strength, bearing rotation, Knurl etc to make sure it’s perfect before introducing our bar to the market as our principle is simple – only offer the premium quality products to our customers. We sent our bar to USA, Poland, Germany and Aus-tralia for testing while 10 Bars have been tested by different countries’ athletes and world Weightlifting champion.We understand that in order to make a really great Olympic Weightlifting Bar, we need to do the following:

1.Steel.What steel we use? How about tensile strength?
We need the best steel to create high tensile strength of 215,000PSI, Yield Strenght 210,000PSI.  We know that heat treatment is also very important to make bar right “whip” or “flex”.
2.Knurl.What Knurl? Is Aggressive or Sharp?

We know Aggressive knurl or Sharp Knurl will make uncomfortable when doing weightlifting. So we use Mis-Pattern to make knurl full, not sharp, uniform pattern.The knurl is excellent making for a very secure grip without being overly abrasive.
3.Bearing.How many Bearing we use? What about bearing quality?

Ten Precision Germany (Japan Bearing Optional)  give you best feeling of Synchronised rotation.
4.Fix.How about fix? Are they precision assembling?

Perfectly weighted, extremely strict weight and dimension tolerances. Precision assembly give you best quality bar.

 5.Finish What surface treatment? Are they Zinc or Chrome? Will surface Oxidation after long time use?

We polish bar twice times and use hard chrome process. We reject zinc coating after we done many times “Salt Spray Test and dropping Test”. We believe that Chrome surface can perfectly avoid bar Oxidation, chipping after long time using. Dynomaster’s bar finish will be always shine.
